This Sunday, October 10th, I got a flat tire and called AAA to put on my spare. Much to my surprise the spare tire in my car that I bought from Matt in February of 2003 did not fit, so I had to have my car towed back to get the tire repaired. Tuesday, I got in my car and as I backed I found out that I had another flat on a different wheel still without a spare. When I called Matt he said he would replace the wheel and make it good even after two and a half years. He did everything to make me happy even though I was quite annoyed after having two flats in three days time without a spare. He is a very courteous and caring person.
