About Tim Traycik Motors, Inc.

In May of 1990, Tim Traycik sought to create a company that gave buyer’s an alternative to the “Superstore” type dealerships with their volume sales approach. He was tired of all the pressure and games that customers are routinely exposed to during an automotive purchase. Essentially, he wanted to get back to the basics of serving people, and treating each customer with the respect they deserved. This philosophy grew the company quickly and has stayed the central theme of the operation. In May of 1998 Tim’s son, Matt, joined the company after graduating from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri. Almost exactly four years later, we moved to our current facility located at 11220 Metro Pkwy, Ste. #28 in Ft. Myers (Click Here for a map). For over two decades, Tim and Matt worked side by side to provide southwest Florida an alternative to the pushy used car experience found at the big corporate dealerships. In the fall of 2020, Tim decided it was finally time to embrace his well earned retirement.

With over 50 combined years of automotive sales experience in Fort Myers, the Traycik family has earned a reputation for being one of the most honest, hard working, and fair auto dealers in southwest Florida. Matt continues the tradition of ensuring that each customer he comes in contact with walks away with the best car buying experience of their life. As a result of this effort, a great deal of our business now comes from repeat and referral customers. SAVING YOU MONEY

We are a family-owned and operated dealership that has placed an emphasis on having a small overhead. This allows us to offer finer vehicles than our competition at much lower prices. That is where you truly have a dollars and cents advantage dealing with us. You simply won’t find the typical inflated sticker prices on our cars. In fact, we post the Kelley Blue Book prices right on the windows of our vehicles. We do not mark our prices up high just to turn around and mark them back down. In many cases our cars are priced $2,000 – $3,000 under the suggested Blue Book retail value.

TRADES?

Yes, we do accept trades of any make, model, or condition. Unlike most dealers, we will offer you a fair wholesale value for your trade. We won’t fluff up the price of our car by several thousands, just to show you several thousands more for your trade. If a dealer won’t write you a check for your vehicle at the amount they’ve quoted, then they are not shooting you straight. This is one example of the games played at most used car lots that we will not.

WARRANTIES

Most of our vehicles are still covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty. However, if you want a long term “Bumper to Bumper” warranty, we can assist you with that as well. The extended warranties we offer are honored nationwide at any ASE certified mechanical repair facility. Please call or email for further details regarding our extended warranties.
